Ammu-Nation
The GTA franchise's main weapons retailer returns in GTA 6. An in-game Ammu-Nation TV commercial appears at approximately 2:09 of Trailer 2, and Rockstar's June 2026 Ultimate Edition materials name it as the place to acquire the Hawk & Little Morgan Revolver as the story progresses.
Ammu-Nation is confirmed in GTA 6 through two separate pieces of official Rockstar material. The first is Grand Theft Auto VI: Trailer 2, released May 6 2025, which at approximately 2:09 shows an in-game TV commercial for a Vice City branch of the chain. A mullet-sporting character named Phil fronts the ad, promoting his Ammu-Nation with the line 'We've got more guns than the law allows!' His resemblance to Phil Cassidy, a supporting character from the 2002 game GTA Vice City, has been noted widely by fans, but Rockstar has not confirmed whether the two are the same person or whether any connection is intentional.
The second source is official. Rockstar's June 24 2026 Ultimate Edition press release, covering the Hawk & Little Morgan Revolver, states that the his and hers revolvers included in the edition can be found at Ammu-Nation as Jason and Lucia's story progresses. That language places Ammu-Nation as an active store in the campaign rather than a background detail. Its exact locations in Vice City, what it stocks beyond weapons, and whether it plays any role outside purchasing are unconfirmed until launch.
Ammu-Nation has appeared across the GTA franchise since GTA III (2001) as the series' main weapons retailer. The original GTA Vice City (2002) had multiple Ammu-Nation locations around the map, so GTA 6 brings the chain back to a city it has already served.
