GTA Wiki places the Sirius in Trailer 1 around the 0:58 mark, parked at an apartment complex in Hamlet, and again in an official Ultimate Edition screenshot as a customized turquoise example tied to Wyman's Classic Car Collection, the Ultimate-exclusive activity built around restoring abandoned project cars. GTABase lists it the same way. Rockstar has not named the individual cars in that activity, so Sirius is a community identification rather than an official name. GTA Wiki's vehicle index lists Declasse as the manufacturer while its detail page and GTABase leave the brand blank, so the badge is unconfirmed too.
The Sirius is new to the series. GTA Wiki reads it as a 1969 to 1970 Mercury Cougar with tail lights that resemble the 1967 Shelby GT500, and notes that the screenshot's rear spoiler and black pinstripe livery echo the Cougar Eliminator package. It is a two-door muscle coupe. Performance, price, and whether Standard Edition players can find one outside the Classic Car Collection are not confirmed.
