The footage follows Jason through a large resort or compound at night: a pool, several hot tubs, cabins, RVs, and outdoor social areas, with dozens of NPCs in various states of undress. None of the nudity is censored.
The detail that drew the coverage was the crowd rather than the setting. Kotaku noted NPCs varying not just in size and scale but in skin color, age and height, a wider spread than previous GTA games have generated for a single area. Gameranx went further, calling it a fairly accurate depiction of real American nudist camps and pointing to the larger share of older NPCs than the series usually renders. Jason uses binoculars to watch the residents from a few feet away, which they respond to badly; when one confronts him he pulls a pistol and kills her and several others.
