A GTA 6 mural is going up at Wythe Avenue and North 11th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, first spotted by community members on October 1. Aroged reported the find the same day. The design places the Grand Theft Auto VI logo vertically at the center, with Jason and Lucia on either side holding weapons and framed by palm trees. When photographed, the work showed only the outline, with color work not yet applied.
The location stood out immediately. Notebookcheck reported that Rockstar used the same corner for a GTA 5 promotional mural in 2013, and Rockstar has promoted earlier GTA games with hand-painted building ads. Aroged expects the mural to be finished within a few days. Rockstar has not confirmed the new mural or said whether it is part of a wider outdoor campaign.
GTA 6 launches November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X and S. The mural follows a run of marketing activity in late September that included the Goodtime State Vice City Collection merchandise box, creator care packages, and the Game Informer cover story.
