Rockstar released the launch trailer on its official YouTube channel on October 15. An end card says the footage was captured in game on a PlayStation 5. The roughly 90-second video opens on Jason's military background and the difficulty of life after service, then places him and Lucia inside a criminal conspiracy stretching across Leonida. The montage shows the pair hitting banks and running into law enforcement.
Justice, the French electronic duo, are composing the game's original score. The trailer debuts 'Flower in a Hurricane,' a new Justice track featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, which also appears on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album. The album can be pre-saved on major streaming platforms now, with vinyl and CD editions available for preorder.
The launch trailer arrives roughly a month before release and is the first major Rockstar promotional piece since the six radio stations were announced on October 8. GTA 6 launches November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X and S.
