Clips posted to X on October 15 and 16 show a convoy of GTA 6-themed cars driving through Miami with Leonida license plates. Notebookcheck and Game Rant report the fleet included a Lamborghini Huracán in Vice Beach Police livery (Push Square calls it 'a Lamborghini in Vice Beach PD livery'), a McLaren modeled after the in-game Progen Emerus, and a Chevrolet Corvette wrapped to resemble the Coquette. Notebookcheck also lists real-world versions of the Cheetah, Coquette D10, Tempesta, and Manana in the convoy. Game Rant says the cars were filmed stopped together at a Shell gas station, and photos from @andrewblakeames on Instagram spread via the ONLY in DADE account on X.
The convoy is part of a broader Miami marketing campaign. Push Square reports a blimp bearing GTA 6 branding has been visible over the city and that planes have flown promotional banners around it. Rockstar has not commented on the convoy. GTA 6 launches November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X and S.
