Rockstar's weekly update flips to a Drift and Transform Races theme from August 27 through September 2. Five new Random Transform Races are added to the rotation this week. Triple GTA$ and RP applies to Transform Races for the full seven days. Drift Races earn 2x GTA$, RP, and LS Car Meet Rep all week, and Auto Shop Robbery Contracts also pay 2x GTA$, RP, and LS Car Meet Rep through September 2. From August 28 through August 30 only, Drift Races and Transform Races pay 6x GTA$ and RP, making that three-day window the most efficient stretch for grinding either mode.
Three vehicles receive new drift-tuning options this week: the Annis Elegy Retro, the Invetero Coquette, and the Vapid Dominator GTT. The weekly challenge asks players to participate in three Drift Races for a GTA$100,000 payout. A separate time-limited reward is available for completing a Drift Race in the Übermacht Cypher within 72 hours of the update going live: the Glitch Camo drift livery.
The Podium vehicle is the Karin Sultan Classic. The Prize Ride this week is the Dinka Veto Classic, awarded for finishing in the top 5 in LS Car Meet Races for four consecutive days. The Premium Test Ride is the Imponte Arbiter GT.
