Rockstar said when Title Update 1.73 dropped on July 14 that more vehicles would follow over the coming weeks. The Pegassi Ignus Pursuit is the first one out. It is a police interceptor variant of the Ignus, the hybrid supercar that has been in GTA Online for a couple of years. The Pursuit version is available from Warstock Cache and Carry for GTA$5,835,000, with a trade price of GTA$4,376,250 once you unlock it. GTABase lists it in the Emergency vehicle class, with lap time and top speed still untested. GTA BOOM, Sportskeeda, and Dexerto all reported the launch as part of this week's update.
The Ignus Pursuit ships with a missile lock-on jammer fitted as standard. Homing rockets from other players will not auto-target you while you are in it. It also supports the Dispatch Work jobs that law enforcement vehicles can run, including Civil Forfeiture and Protective Custody. Worth knowing before you buy: the resale value is GTA$0. The Grotti Veleno GT also hit Legendary Motorsport this week for general sale at GTA$3,000,000, nine days after it launched as a GTA+ exclusive with the 1.73 update.
Beyond the new vehicle, the July 23 weekly update rotated in new primary painting targets for the Kortz Center Heist: The Outcome of Endeavour for Fine Art Collectors, plus Winter, Nowhere in Particular and I Hear Voices. The weekly challenge is finishing the heist without dying, which pays an extra GTA$400,000. The first-time completion bonus this week sits on the Titan Job at 2X cash and RP, the HSW Race Series is running 5X cash and RP through July 29, and Associates and Bodyguards are on 4X salaries.
