Back Country Radio
GTA 6's country station, officially confirmed by Rockstar on October 8 2026 and hosted by MW and Delta Dawne with roving reporter Mud Dog Mike. It first surfaced in the leaked radio menu in August.
Rockstar confirmed Back Country Radio on October 8 2026 as one of the first six GTA 6 stations, with a preview on its official music page. Rockstar's description: 'Airboat-ready renegade country from MW and Delta Dawne.' Its Newswire post says the pair 'blast renegade country music to the Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, and beyond,' and names Mud Dog Mike as the station's roving reporter and swamp meteorologist.
The name first appeared in the station list during the August 20 2026 leaked crop duster clip, where two songs were tied to it: Glen Campbell's Rhinestone Cowboy (1975) and George Strait's The Fireman (1984). Those pairings come from an unfinished leaked build and Rockstar has not confirmed them. Country has had a place on the GTA dial before, most prominently Rebel Radio in GTA V.
