Taser
A non-lethal stun weapon shown in the Cyberleek Taser Video clip. Jason is tased and loses stamina, then takes the weapon off the downed guard and uses it on the next wave.
The taser is the first non-lethal weapon identified in GTA 6, and it turned up in the clip Cyberleek titled Taser Video, posted August 19 2026. Jason arrives at a nighttime industrial site that Beebom identified as the Allied Crystal sugar refinery in Ambrosia, fights the security guards there, and gets tased himself, which drains his stamina rather than killing him. He then picks the taser up off a downed guard and turns it on the guards still coming at him.
That sequence matters more for what it implies than for the weapon itself. Being tased draining stamina points to a stamina system that combat can deplete, and picking the weapon up off a body confirms guards carry loadouts the player can take. The same clip showed a slow-motion cinematic finisher during the fight, which Beebom compared to the execution animations in Red Dead Redemption 2, plus a Surrender prompt during combat and a toggleable tactical flashlight.
Rockstar has not announced the weapon or any part of the combat system. The clip came from an unfinished build obtained without the studio's involvement, and the song playing in it, Tate McRae's Sports Car from 2025, is what ruled out the build being the 2023 one the earliest clips were pinned to.
